Fees and Payments

Fees for our services will be communicated before work begins or as stated in the agreed proposal. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within the period indicated on the invoice.

We may pause or withhold services where payments remain overdue or where a project requires additional work beyond the original scope.

Confidentiality and Data Use

We treat client information with care and use it only for the purpose of delivering our services, managing our business relationship, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.

We will not disclose confidential information to third parties unless required by law, authorized by the client, or necessary to complete the agreed services.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis and are intended to support informed business decisions. While we work carefully and responsibly, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, external events, or decisions made based on incomplete data.

Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Syndicate Consulting FZE’s operations. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
